Grade Appeals

Grade Appeals Submission

1. Students request an appeal form to the Study Programme administration office

2. Students fill out the appeal form

3. Students return the appeal form along with a photocopy of the Study Result card (KHS) to the Study Programme administration office

4. Study Programme administration office confirms to the lecturer

When the Appeal is Approved

1. The Lecturer fills out the confirmation and grade clarification form

2. The Lecturer returns the confirmation form and clarification of the appeal to the Study Programme administration office

3. Study Programme administration office asks for confirmation of the confirmation form and clarification of the appeal to the head of the study programme

4. Study Programme administration office submits a confirmation and clarification form of appeal to the faculty administration office

5. faculty administration office submits to the academic administration management section (MAA)

6. The grade will be updated by the MAA section and can be accessed by students through “infokhs” website

When the Appeal Is Rejected

1. The form will be returned to the student
