This international conference was attended by domestic and foreign university academics. More than seventy speakers from various countries participated in the JCC. They presented various results of the latest research in the field of communication. The output of the Jogjakarta Communication Conference conference is publication in journals and proceedings.
This conference divides presentation rooms into 10, with three online rooms and seven Zooms to accommodate presenters from abroad. Muhammad Fadhlillah Setiamukti and Moch Fuad Nasvian had the opportunity to present in room one with a script entitled "Day 7 of Kanjuruhan Tragedy: Twitter Data Analysis". This paper discusses the Kanjuruhan Tragedy using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) approach, to show that this issue ran organically and was not directed by any particular party, in the first seven days after the Kanjuruhan Tragedy and the Digital Movement of Opinion.
In the second room there are two manuscripts presented. Duta Ramadhan and Airlangga Daniswara, presented a manuscript entitled "BPOM's Questioning: "Which Syrup Medicine is Safe for My Child?", which discussed the interactivity of netizens on BPOM's Instagram account after an acute kidney case in a child. Kinanti Amalina Izzati also made a presentation in the same room, presenting a script discussing Arema FC's interactivity on the @aremaofficial Instagram account with the title "No Response: Aremania Interactivity on Instagram @aremaofficial".
An exciting discussion about the themes and methods carried out in Kinanti's script, made him the best presenter in this second room, and was given an award at the end of the Parallel Session JC 2023.
All data used in this study came from Practicum Courses, which were then processed academically together. "The practicum at UMM Ikom has been very good.
